About Our Hosts

Dr. Norman (Nachum) and Zahava Goldwasser and their family combine professional expertise with a deep commitment to Yiddishkeit and warm hospitality.

Dr. Goldwasser, a nationallly recognized clinical psychologist and his wife Zahava are the force behind Horizon Psychological Services, an interdisciplinary mental health practice in South Florida.

Nachum, a talented musician as well as an experienced Baal Tefilah, will lead our kumzitses as well as davening at various times during the summer.

The Goldwassers are gracious hosts who regularly welcome students, out-of-town vistitors ans friends to share Shabbos and Yomim Tovim with their family in their warm welcoming home.

According to attendees, of EdenTours Pesach 2010 program the amazing success was due to the Goldwasser family’s ability to make each and every EdenTours guest feel welcome---as if they were sitting at a table in the Goldwassers very own home.

Zahava and Nachum set the tone for the rest of the Goldwasser family who are quite adept at being gracious hosts in their own right.

The Goldwassers’ seven children, their spouses (all five of them!), their grandchildren, and their very special parents, help to make the Yom Tov experience a warm, intimate one that is as close to being home as being at home!
